Project Description:
The project consists of the construction of new
Concession Stand, Restroom and Storage
buildings at the High School Track and Football Field
located in Albion, NE. Construction will also include
renovating the existing Concession and Restroom building.
The new construction includes concrete foundation and floor, CMU block walls
as well as Pre-engineered Metal Building
walls and roof. The work will also include
interior and exterior finishes, mechanical, electrical, and lighting.
The area of the New Construction is approximately 3,600 square feet.
The renovation area is approximately 1,000 square feet.
