as the Construction Manager for Pleasanton Public Schools, Pleasanton, Nebraska.

Scope of Work: The components of the project shall include the following items, as well as other trades
as documented in the contract documents; Addition and renovation to the existing Pleasanton School Building
including Mechanical and Electrical Systems.
The new construction consists of insulated, precast structural concrete panels
with steel roof framing and includes new roofing, windows and finishes.
The work shall be completed in two major phases,
all work schedules shall be coordinated with the construction manager BD Construction.
