Sealed proposals will be received in the office of Ehrhart Griffin & Associates, 142 West Broadway, Suite 136, Council Bluffs, Iowa 51503, until 3:00 p.m. on the 8th day of August 2013, for the furnishing of all labor, materials, use of Contractor's equipment and all else necessary to construct properly all of the improvements within the improvement generally designated Hills of Cedar Creek Southeast - Phase 1, Excavation, Pavement, Storm Sewer, Sanitary Sewer, Council Bluffs, Iowa.
At such hour, or as soon as practicable thereafter, the Engineer will proceed to open in private and consider the bids received for the furnishing of such labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the proper construction of such improvements.

The Project generally includes approximately 200 L.F. of sanitary sewer laterals, 188 L.F. of 12" RCP Storm Sewer Pipe; 73 L.F. of 18" RCP Storm Sewer Pipe; 8 storm inlets; 3,600 S.Y. of granular base; and 3,320 S.Y. of 7" PCC Pavement, 3.631 C.Y. of on-site excavation, 9,529 CY of imported earthwork and 2,274 CY of silt removal.
