A deposit in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00) will be requested on each set of the Bidding Documents.
All checks must be made payable to Cannon Moss Brygger Architects or they will NOT be accepted.
The deposit will be returned ONLY if the contract documents are returned complete and in good condition to the Architect, within TEN (10) days after the opening of proposals.
