The Fremont Housing Authority of Fremont, Nebraska, will accept bids for the Fremont Housing Authority
Gifford Tower First Floor Renovation, located in Fremont, Nebraska. The project consists of general renovation
to Office and Administrative areas and Lobby, and Community Room and Kitchen, which are all located on the first floor of Gifford Tower. The work of this contract constitutes approximately 5,000 square feet in area. Sealed bids for the General Construction, which shall include mechanical and electrical construction will be received by the
Owner at the Gifford Tower, 2510 North Clarkson Street, Fremont, Nebraska, at the first floor conference room,
until 3:00 P.M., Tuesday, July 16, 2013. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The work includes selective demolition, reconstruction, expansion and remodeling of existing space including
lobby, hallways, conference room and miscellaneous supporting general construction, plumbing, electrical and
mechanical work. All work of this contract will be exempt from Nebraska State Sales Tax.

Contract Documents may be obtained directly from the Architect, PETERS AND ASSOCIATES, ARCHITECTS, P.C. 14217 Dayton Circle, Suite 1, Omaha, Nebraska 68137, (phone: 402-895-2292),upon payment of a One Hundred
Dollar ($100) refundable deposit, payable to the Fremont Housing Authority, plus a Fifteen Dollar ($15.00) nonrefundable
shipping and handling fee, payable to Peters and Associates, Architects, P.C. for each set of Documents.
The refundable deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Contract Documents within fifteen (15) days of the
bid date, provided they are in good and usable condition.
All deposit checks will be cashed after the fifteen day
period.
Digital copy of drawings and specifications may be obtained in PDF format directly from A & D Technical Supply Co., Omaha, Nebraska (www. adtechplans.com) in the form of CD for a cost of $25.00 or is needing to be shipped $34.00 (to include shipping), or they may be downloaded for a cost of $25.00. For digital copy of plans and specifications cost of all digital copies whether downloaded or CD shall be payable to A & D Technical Supply, PURCHASE ONLY.
