The Board of Trustees of the Nebraska State College dba Wayne State College, herin called "Owner", will receive bids for the Volleyball and Men's Basketball Locker Room Renovations located in Rice Hall in Wayne, Nebraska. Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. local time, July 9, 2013, in the office of Jean Dale, VP for Administration and Finance, Hahn 201, 1111 Main Street, Wayne State College, Wayne, Nebraska, 68787. Bids will be publicly open and read aloud.

One copy of the bidding documents may be obtained at A & D Technical Supply, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, Nebraska, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, upon deposit of twenty-five dollars ($25.00). Made payable to Wayne State College.
A non-refundable cost of $15.00 per set will be charged for those entities which request their sets be mailed.
Additional sets or portions thereof will be paid for at the current rates of reproduction and are not returnable.
The deposit will be returned to the Prime Bidder only if a qualified bid is submitted or if the Architect is informed that he is not to be considered a bidder at least three days prior to the scheduled Bid receipt and all Bidding Documents are returned to the Architect in good condition, within 7 days after Bid receipt.
The deposit will be returned to the supplier or subcontractor only if all Bidding Documents are returned to the Architect in good condition with 7 days after Bid receipt.
