Your firm is invited to submit a proposal to the project known as MIDLANDS HUMANE SOCIETY located at 1020 Railroad Ave., Council Bluffs, IA before 2:00 P.M. Local Central Standard Time on Tuesday, July 2, 2013. At that time, Bids will be opened and read aloud.
Project Description: The project includes construction of a new 11,591 S.F. building and associated site work which includes earthwork, paving and site utilities. The building includes reinforced CMU, steel joists and decking, EPDM roof, aluminum, hollow metal and fiberglass doors and frames, overhead doors, ceiling, painting and coating systems, animal care equipment and kennels, commercial laundry and food service equipment, casework, accessories and complete mechanical, electrical, fire alarm and fire suppression systems.

Sets must be reserved by phone and payment received prior to shipping plans.
Complete Sets of Plans & Specifications are for PURCHASE ONLY (Non-Refundable) in the amount of $85.00, made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $20.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply).
