Project Description:YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Beckenhauer Construction, Inc., as Construction Manager.
Project consists of the construction of a new patient room wing,
surgery, emergency room, lobby, specialty clinic, infusion, wound care, lab, pharmacy, imaging
center, rehab and wellness center and all associated work as indicated in the drawings and
specifications.

PRE-APPROVED BIDDERS BY BECKENHAUER CONSTRUCTION may obtain Bidding Documents at the office of the printer, A & D Technical Supply, 4320 South 89th Street, Omaha, Nebraska, 68127, (402) 592-4950 between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 12:00 noon and 1:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.
No Deposit is required at this time.
If requested, bidding documents will be packaged and shipped via UPS Ground upon receipt of $40.00 per set to cover shipping and handling, made payable to A&D Technical Supply.
CD's for Purchase only in the amount of $40.00 made payable to A&D Technical Supply.
If they must be shipped then there is also a $9.00 fee to ship them.
