Sealed bids addressed to the Board of Education of the Omaha Public Schools, Douglas County, Nebraska, will be received for the OPS South High 2013 Classroom and Lockers and will be received in the office of Dr. Jerry Bartee, Assistant Superintendent, District Operational Services, Omaha Public Schools, 3215 Cuming Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68131 until 2:00 PM, June 6, 2013. At that time, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud and tabulation will be made to present to the Board of Education at the next regular meeting for consideration in awarding the Contract. Any bid received after the closing time will be returned unopened.
This project includes construction of a new classrooms and lockers at Omaha South High School. Scope of work includes construction of two standard classrooms and one science lab, and renovation of an existing Journalism Classroom along with associated mechanical and electrical systems, and installation of new lockers.

Copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the printer, A & D Technical Supply Co., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68127, (402) 592-4950 between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, a deposit of $100.00 (made payable to A & D) will be required for each set of bidding documents. An Omaha Builder's Card is also acceptable in lieu of a deposit.
If shipping is required there is a non refundable flat rate of $15.00 per set made payable to A&D Technical Supply.
The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents, in good condition, within 14 days after the bid opening to the printer, A & D Technical Supply Co. Such deposit will be forfeited if plans held by unsuccessful bidders are not received within this stipulated time period.
