Public Notes:
DLR Group will accept bids for the Material Procurement Package for steel, HVAC units, and steel door frames and hardware until 2:00 p.m. on June 11, 2013. Please send bids to 6457 Frances Street, Omaha, Nebraska, 68106.

The Millard Public Schools will receive combined contract Bids for the Upchurch Elementary School Additions located at 8686 South 165th Street, Omaha, Nebraska, 68136. The Project includes three separate two-classroom additions on the west side of the existing school and renovation to adjacent Activity Rooms.

Bids will be received until 2:00 PM (CDT), on Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at Millard Public Schools, Don Stroh Administration Center (DSAC), 5606 South 147th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68137. Bids received after these times will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately and simultaneously in the presence of bidders, or representatives of bidders, when the hour is reached for the bids to close.

Contractors may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, Phone (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, Fax (402) 592-9302, Attn: Laura or by order through their Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.

Sets must be reserved by phone and payment received prior to shipping plans.


Complete Sets of Plans & Specifications are for PURCHASE ONLY (Non-Refundable) in the amount of $111.89, made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.

If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $20.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply).
