The Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska invites Bids for a Single Prime Contract for the demolition of the parking garage at lot 4 (SE corner of 42nd and Emily) and replacing it with a surface parking at The University of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha, Nebraska (UNMC).

Bid Documents may be obtained from A & D Technical Supply Co., Inc., upon deposit payment of $20.00 per set and payable to A&D Technical Supply.

If Bid Documents are to be shipped, submit a separate, non-refundable check, made payable to A & D Technical Supply, in the amount of $15.00 per set.

Deposits may be refunded upon receipt of good, usable and complete set of Bid Documents to A & D Technical Supply within 7 days after the Bid opening.
