Sealed bids addressed to the Board of Education of the Omaha Public Schools, Douglas County, Nebraska, for HARTMAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PARKING LOT ADDITION, Bid Number 13-065 respectively, for the Omaha Public Schools, hereinafter called "District", in accordance with plans, specifications and Contract Documents adopted by the District, prepared by E& A Consulting Group, Inc., will be received in the office of the Purchasing Division, District Operations Services, Omaha Public Schools, 3215 Cuming Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68131-2024 until 2:00 PM, CDT, May 23, 2013. At that time, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud and tabulation will be made to present to the Board of Education at the next regular meeting for consideration in awarding the Contract. Any bid received after the closing time will be returned unopened.

Copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the printer, A & D Technical Supply Co., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68127, (402) 592-4950 between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, a deposit of $15.00 (made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.) will be required for each set of bidding documents.
If shipping is required there is a non refundable flat rate of $15.00 per set made payable to A&D Technical Supply.
