Monument Construction Services, LLC will accept bids from qualified Contractors for addition to the existing building located at 2609 Nicklaus Blvd., Sioux City, IA 51106 until 2:00 PM CST, Tuesday May 28th, 2013 at the office of Monument Construction Services LLC, 19614 Franklin St, Elkhorn NE 68022.



Job Purchase Information:
Contractors may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, or by order through their Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.

There is No Deposit required to obtain Bidding Documents.

If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $ 20.00 per set.

CD's of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $10.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.

Downloads of Complete Sets - $10.00 PURCHASE ONLY

All checks for purchases & shipping are made payable to A&D Technical Supply Company.

If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat rate of $9.00 per CD.
