Vetter Health Services is acting as the construction manager for this project. We are currently requesting Subcontractor and Vendor bids on all scopes of work with the exception of ELECTRICAL. The project consists of a 40,000 SF Addition and 18,000 SF renovation.

A $100 refundable deposit is required; limit one drawing set per bidder.
Vetter Health Services is providing 30 total sets of plans and specifications for bidders, additional sets may be purchased by bidders directly from A & D Technical Supply.
If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $25.00 per set.
CD's of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $25.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.
Downloads of Complete Sets - $25.00 PURCHASE ONLY
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat rate of $9.00 per CD.
