Bid Info:   THIS IS NOT A NORMAL SUBCONTRACTOR BIDDING PROCESS. ALL BIDDERS MUST FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR BIDDING AS SET FORTH IN THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS AND THE INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS IN THE PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS.

Public Notes:
The bid date for the Ogallala School project will be changed to: June 5, 2013 at 4:00 pm mountain time.
Sealed bids, for the packages described in the summary of work, will be received until 4:00 P.M. mountain time, May 30, 2013 at Prairie View Elementary School, 801 East "O" Street, Ogallala, Nebraska, 69153. Beginning at 4:30 p.m. Mountain Time, May 30, 2013 bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. ALL BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED ON THE FORM PROVIDED IN THE SPECIFICATIONS. Bids received after the 4:00 P.M. deadline will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Bidders will be allowed to submit bids via e-mail transmission. Bids must be received prior to the designated bid time. The e-mail must include the completed bid form and bid bond documents. The e-mail address for submitting bids electronically is ops.paulsen@gmail.com



Job Purchase Information:
Bidders may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, Phone (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, Fax (402) 592-9302.

A Refundable Deposit of $200.00 per set is required.
Checks should be made payable to Ogallala Public Schools.

The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents to Paulsen Inc., 1116 East Highway 30, Cozad, Nebraska 69130 by June 14, 2014.

If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $30.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room at 4320 S. 89th St. Omaha, Ne. 68127).

CD's of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $30.00 non-refundable. Please make all checks for purchase of CD's payable to A & D Technical Supply Co.
