Bidders are requested to attend a pre-bid conference on the 8th day of May, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. local time. Bidders shall meet at the office of Omaha Housing Authority, 540 South 27th Street, Omaha, NE 68105 no later than the time mentioned herein before, and thence proceed to the Evans Tower project site.
Following the visit to the project site, a site visit will be held at the Park North and South Towers project site for those interested in that separate project.
Contractors are requested to prepare a written list of any questions they may have, for response if required by written
Addendum. No questions will be answered verbally.

Separate Sealed proposals will be received by the Owner at the Omaha Housing Authority, 540 South 27th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68105, until 2:00 p.m. on the 22nd day of May, 2013, for furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and
equipment required to complete all work designated as Evans Tower Site Improvements as per plans and specifications for such work now on file with the Owner and at the office of A&D Technical Supply, 4320 South 89th Street, Omaha,
Nebraska 68127, which proposals will be at that time publicly opened, read aloud and tabulated.
The work shall consist of removal and replacement of the existing parking lot and pedestrian pavement, minor grading and erosion control, landscaping, and other miscellaneous items. All work and materials shall be in compliance with the
plans and specifications prepared by The Schemmer Associates Inc., 1044 N. 115th Street, Suite 300, Omaha, Nebraska 68154.

A Non-Refundable Deposit of $40.00 per set is required, made payable to Omaha Housing Authority.
If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $20.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room).
Interested bidders should contact A&D to request plans and check on availability.
CD's of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $10.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.
Downloads of Complete Sets - $10.00 PURCHASE ONLY
All checks for purchases & shipping are made payable to A&D Technical Supply Company.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat rate of $9.00 per CD.
