Bids will be received until 2:00 PM (CDT), on Thursday, May 16, 2013, at the Seward Public Schools District Office, located at 410 South Street, Seward, Nebraska, 68434. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately and simultaneously in the presence of bidders, or representatives of bidders, when the is reached for the bids to close.

Seward Public Schools will receive Bids for a Combined Contract, including General, Mechanical, and Electrical Work for additions and renovations to the Seward Elementary School located at 200 East Pinewood Avenue, Seward, Nebraska 68434
The four (4) new additions will be one (1) story in height and have a total area of approximately twelve thousand eight hundred (12,800) square feet. The Work also consists of renovation work to the HVAC controls, intercom, fire alarm, and data cabling systems of the existing 68,280 square foot building.

A Refundable Deposit of $200.00 per set is required.
Checks should be made payable to DLR Group.
Builders Cards are accepted for this project.
The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents to A&D Technical Supply Co., in good condition, within 30 days after the Bid Opening.
If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $30.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room at 4320 S. 89th St. Omaha, Ne. 68127).
