Public Notes:
Sealed Bids for the project known as Kirn Middle School - Classroom Renovation, located at 100 North Avenue, Council Bluffs, Iowa, will be received by the Council Bluffs Community School District before 2:00 pm local time, on Thursday, 16 May, 2013. At that time, Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Project Description: The project consists of interior renovations at 3 locations within the existing building; Area 'A', (Alternate #1) located on the First Floor near the center of the building, is an area of approximately 825 s.f., Area 'B', located on the Second Floor near the west end of the building, is an area of approximately 1,400 s.f., and Area 'C', located on the Second Floor on the north end of the building, is an area of approximately 3,225 s.f. Area 'C' will also include a new H.C. accessible sidewalk/ramp from the existing exterior door to the existing parking area.



Job Purchase Information:
Bidding Documents may be obtained from A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, Phone (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, Fax (402) 592-9302.

A Refundable Deposit of $50.00 per set is required.
Checks should be made payable to Council Bluffs Community School District.

The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents to A&D Technical Supply Co., in good condition, within 15 business days after the Bid Opening.
After 15 days, the deposit will be forfeited.

If shipping is required there is a non refundable flat rate of $20.00 per set made payable to A&D Technical Supply.
There will be an $8.00 handling fee for the use of your shipping numbers (UPS). Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room.
