Description: Acting as the Construction Manager for the Chadron State College Eagle Ridge Student Housing
in Chadron, NE, Sampson Construction invites you to submit a proposal for this project.
The project consists of three 2&story buildings approx. 9000 sf per each.
Included in these building are six 4&bedroom housing units per building.
Phases of work to included but not limited to footings & foundations, polished concrete floors,
cast underlayment, thin brick veneer, Glazed decorative metal railings,
wood framed structure, casework, metal roofing and siding,
clad windows, glass and glazing, drywall, ceramic
tile, flooring, paint, window coverings, residential casework,
and MEP with geothermal HVAC systems.
