over a concrete parking garage. Brando is a total of 124,800sf which includes
101,800sf of living units, 31,000sf of indoor parking, and 20,000sf of community/common area.
There are two elevators consisting of a travel distance of approximately 43’-0” with five stops.
Common area amenities shall include social/gaming along with a fitness area, and a yoga/art studio.
Courtyard amenities include 2 gas fire pits, pool, hot tub, basketball court, and two cabanas.
Scheduled construction is to begin May of 2013 with an anticipated construction build out of 15-16 months.
