Sealed bids addressed to the Board of Education of the Omaha Public Schools, Douglas County, Nebraska, for the Door & Hardware Replacement Project Pkg. 4 Edison Elementary School, Bid Number 13-044, located at 2303 North 97th Street, Omaha, Nebraska for the Omaha Public Schools, hereinafter called “School District” in accordance with plans, specifications and Contract Documents adopted by the School District, prepared by Jackson-Jackson & Associates, Inc., will be received in the office of District Operational Services, Omaha Public Schools, 3215 Cuming Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68131-2024 until 2:00 P.M. CDT, April 23, 2013. At that time, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud and tabulation will be made to present to the Board of Education at the next regular meeting for consideration in awarding the Contract. Any bid received after the closing time will be returned unopened. The time clock maintained by the OPS District Operational Services shall be the official clock utilized to determine the time for the close of bidding.

Bidders may obtain Bidding Documents at the office of A&D Technical Supply, 4320 S. 89 St., Omaha, NE 68127, upon depositing the sum of forty dollars ($40.00), payable to Jackson-Jackson
& Associates, for the set of Bidding Documents.
A plan deposit card, as issued by the Omaha Builders Exchange, is also acceptable in lieu of a deposit.
The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of these documents, including any addenda issued thereto, to A & D Technical Supply, 4320 S. 89th St., Omaha, NE 68127, in good condition within ten (10) days after the bid date.
If the documents are not returned within ten (10) days, the deposit check may be cashed.
The bidding documents will be shipped upon receipt of an additional non-refundable check for
fifteen dollars (15.00), payable to A&D Technical Supply, for shipping charges.
CD's of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $10.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.
Downloads of Complete Sets - $10.00 PURCHASE ONLY
All checks for purchases & shipping are made payable to A&D Technical Supply Company.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat rate of $9.00 per CD.
