Bid Info:   THIS IS NOT A NORMAL SUBCONTRACTOR BIDDING PROCESS. ALL BIDDERS MUST FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR BIDDING AS SET FORTH IN THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS AND THE INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS IN THE PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS.

Project Location: Ogallala, Nebraska

Public Notes:
Sealed bids, for the packages described below, will be received until 4:00 P.M. mountain time, April 23, 2013 in the board room at the Central Office of Ogallala Public Schools located at 205 East 6th Street, Ogallala, Nebraska 69153. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. ALL BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED ON THE FORM PROVIDED IN THE SPECIFICATIONS. Bids received after the 4:00 P.M. deadline will not be considered and will be returned unopened.

This Project consists of Three Bid Packages. Bid Package #1 - Site Preparation-This bid package involves Site Demolition, Site Grading, and Building Overexcavation. Bid Package #2 - Storm Water Pollution Prevention-This bid package includes work associated with Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) Best Management Practices (BMPs). Bid Package #3 - Site Utilities-This bid package includes work associated with the Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer and Water Distribution Piping.



Job Purchase Information:
Bidders may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, Phone (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, Fax (402) 592-9302.

A Refundable Deposit of $50.00 per set is required.
Checks should be made payable to Ogallala Public Schools.

The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents to Paulsen Inc., 1116 East Highway 30, Cozad, Nebraska 69130.

If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $20.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room at 4320 S. 89th St. Omaha, Ne. 68127).
