The tenant improvement package in the building located at 6001 R Street, Lincoln, NE 68508 until 2:00 PM CST, Wednesday April 17, 2013 at the office Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture, 1516 Cuming Street, Omaha, NE, 68102.
The contractor shall submit bids in 9 x 12 envelopes with “PROPOSAL, Mellow Mushroom” and the name of the bidder
written clearly on its front. Bids will be opened privately and reviewed before accepted. Bids received after this
time will not be accepted.

Contractors may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, or by order through their Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.
A Refundable Deposit of $100.00 / or Builders Cards will be required to obtain Bidding Documents.
Checks made payable to Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture.
Documents must be returned complete and in "like new" condition within 30 days of the bid opening to obtain a refund.
A One Reminder phone call will be placed before deposit is forfeited.
If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $ 20.00 per set.
CD's of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $15.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.
Downloads of Complete Sets - $15.00 PURCHASE ONLY
All checks for purchases & shipping are made payable to A&D Technical Supply Company.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat rate of $9.00 per CD.
