Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 PM (CDT), Thursday, April 18, 2013, at the office of the Architect, Jackson-Jackson & Associates, Inc.,located at 1905 North 81st Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68114-1567. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. bids will be privately opened by the Architect. The Architect will tabulate the bids received, and distribute the bid results to all General Contractors submitting a proposal, after reviewing the bids with the Owner.

Bids will be by invitation only. Any General Contractor who wishes to bid, and who has not been previously invited, must be pre-qualified by the Architect prior to issuing of plans and specifications. Any contractor wishing to be pre-qualified must submit a Contractor's Qualification Statement, AIA Document A305, to the Architect for review at least ten (10) days prior to the bid date.



Job Purchase Information:
Bidders may obtain Bidding Documents at the office of A&D Technical Supply, 4320 S. 89 St., Omaha, NE 68127, upon depositing the sum of fifty dollars ($50.00), payable to Jackson-Jackson & Associates, for the set of Bidding Documents.

A plan deposit card, as issued by the Omaha Builders Exchange, is also acceptable in lieu of a deposit.

The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of these documents, including any addenda issued thereto, to A & D Technical Supply, 4320 S. 89th St., Omaha, NE 68127, in good condition within ten (10) days after the bid date.

If the documents are not returned within ten (10) days, the deposit check may be cashed.

The bidding documents will be shipped upon receipt of an additional non-refundable check for twenty dollars (20.00), payable to Jackson-Jackson & Associates, for shipping charges.

CD's of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $15.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.

Downloads of Complete Sets - $15.00 PURCHASE ONLY

All checks for purchases & shipping are made payable to A&D Technical Supply Company.


If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat rate of $9.00 per CD.

You may use a credit card for purchases of CD's & Downloads on this project.
