The project’s budget is $4.5 Million.
Sealed bids for the Bennington Fire Station located at 10805 North 156th Street in Bennington, Nebraska will be received at the offices of HGM Associates Inc., 640 Fifth Avenue, Council Bluffs, Iowa, until April 17, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. Bids will be opened privately. The Bids will be made public at a later date.
Preselected General Contractors will be given 5 (FIVE) printed sets of drawings and specifications. Each additional set or CD of drawings and specifications will be at the General Contractors Cost. All other trades shall be responsible for obtaining printed sets or CD's.

The Work includes but is not limited to the construction of a new fire station. Materials include concrete foundations and slabs, masonry walls, precast hollow core concrete slabs, floor topping, wood stud framing, steel roof joists, metal decking, pre-engineered wood and steel trusses, aluminum clad wood windows and door, hollow metal doors and frames, aluminum store front, metal shingle roofing, casework, insulation and interior and exterior finishes. Fire sprinklers, mechanical and electrical systems are included in the work. Sitework includes grading, utilities, paving, irrigation and landscaping. Contractor is responsible for all testing. A Site Prep Package is being finished. Side grading and building pad work is included in the Site Prep Package.

Sets must be reserved by phone and payment received prior to shipping plans.
Complete Sets of Plans & Specifications are for PURCHASE ONLY (Non-Refundable) in the amount of $118.28, made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $25.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room).
CD's of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $25.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.
Downloads of Complete Sets - $25.00 PURCHASE ONLY
All checks for purchases & shipping are made payable to A&D Technical Supply Company.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat rate of $9.00 per CD.
