Project Description: The Project consists of the removal of existing HVAC units
and ductwork
throughout the interior of the building,
removal of existing hot/chilled water piping throughout
the interior of the building, removal of the existing cooling tower,
removal of the existing chiller,
removal of the existing domestic water heater and storage tank, and removal of various existing
electrical items. The Project also consists of the installation of a geothermal well field,
the
installation of heat pump units and associated
ductwork, and the installation of various electrical
items. The Project also consists of approximately 9,000 sf of interior renovation
which includes
metal stud walls, gypsum board assemblies,
hollow metal door frames, wood doors, aluminum
store front framing, carpeting, tile, acoustical tile ceilings, and
architectural wood casework.
The Project also includes approximately 12,750 sf of new carpeting and 2,000 sf of new
resilient flooring. The Project will commence on April 22, 2013 and shall be completed by July
26, 2013.
