The Project consists of:
Partial renovation of Centennial Towers East includes life safety, mechanical and fire protection upgrades. New floor and ceiling finishes through entire building to complete Owner’s asbestos abatement project.
1. General work includes selective demolition, concrete area well, hollow metal doors and frames, aluminum storefront door and window systems, new access doors, gypsum wall construction, tiling, ACP ceilings, flooring and selective painting throughout all floors. Resident room work includes modified closets for new mechanical, painted ceilings and flooring. Common area work includes ACP ceilings, flooring and areas modified for new mechanical, electrical and fire protection.
2. Mechanical work includes increased ventilation and exhaust for all resident room toilets and bathrooms with 2 new ERV’s located in the basement, an existing basement mechanical unit upgrade and new plumbing as needed for new mechanical.
3. Fire protection work includes upgrading the existing standpipe and hose system, a NFPA 13 wet pipe fire sprinkler system for the entire building, riser assemblies and a fire water service with backflow prevention.
4. Fire alarm/mass notification system.
5. Electrical work includes lighting, GFCI receptacles and mech. equipment connection.

Contractors may obtain full sets of Drawings and Project Manual from the following location:

Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.
A deposit in the amount of $150.00 (made payable to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects) will be required for each set of bidding documents.
If shipping is required there is a non refundable flat rate of $25.00 per set made payable to A&D Technical Supply.
There will be a $8.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (UPS).
CD's of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $ 25.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.
The deposit will be returned in full only if a) a qualified bid is submitted and the Drawings and Specifications are returned with fifteen(15) days of the bid determination, or if the Contractor decides not to submit a Proposal and the Drawings and Specifications are returned with seven (7) days prior to the bid opening.
All other contractors will return all Bid Documents to: Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects, L.L.C., 2908 W. 39th Street, Suite A, Kearney, Nebraska 68845.
