The Project consists of 4,582 square feet of new construction. New construction of a single story addition, wood framed structure, wood stud walls, wood trusses, asphalt shingle and EPDM roof, aluminum storefront windows/doors, tile carpet, resilient and porcelain tile floor coverings, steel doors and frames, aluminum doors and frames, casework, complete mechanical, electrical, and partial fire sprinkler system and rough-in of food service equipment provided and bid in a separate contract. Minor remodeling of select spaces in the existing 2,350 square foot building to include some new walls and partial replacement of floor finishes.

Contractors may obtain full sets of Drawings and Project Manual from the following location:

Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.
A deposit in the amount of $150.00 (made payable to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects) will be required for each set of bidding documents.
If shipping is required there is a non refundable flat rate of $20.00 per set made payable to A&D Technical Supply.
There will be a $8.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (UPS).
CD's of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $ 20.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.
The deposit will be returned in full only if a) a qualified bid is submitted and the Drawings and Specifications are returned with fifteen(15) days of the bid determination, or if the Contractor decides not to submit a Proposal and the Drawings and Specifications are returned with seven (7) days prior to the bid opening.
All other contractors will return all Bid Documents to: Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects, L.L.C., 2908 W. 39th Street, Suite A, Kearney, Nebraska 68845.
