The Project consists of a 150 foot by 150 foot pre-engineered metal building to serve as a hangar. The building will have a motorized bi-part sliding hangar door, partial in-slab radiant heat, overhead radiant heat throughout, and a full sprinkler system. Some concrete paving is included in this work. And a 660 square foot building of conventional wood frame construction to serve as a link between the existing building and the new hangar. The link building will have wood frame walls, plumbing fixtures, floor/wall/ceiling finishes, and have HVAC, mechanical, electrical and fire sprinkler systems. Some concrete paving is included in this work.

Contractors may obtain full sets of Drawings and Project Manual from the following location:

Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.
A deposit in the amount of $125.00 (made payable to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects) will be required for each set of bidding documents.
If shipping is required there is a non refundable flat rate of $20.00 per set made payable to A&D Technical Supply.
CD's of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $ 20.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.
Shipping costs on all CD's will be $9.00, payable to A&D Technical Supply.
The deposit will be returned in full only if a qualified bid is submitted and the Drawings and Specifications are returned with fifteen(15) days of the bid determination, or if the Contractor decides not to submit a Proposal and the Drawings and Specifications are returned with seven (7) days prior to the bid opening.
All other contractors will return all Bid Documents to: Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects, L.L.C., 2908 W. 39th Street, Suite A, Kearney, Nebraska 68845.
