PreBid Info:   There will not be a scheduled Pre-Bid conference. Potential bidders, at their own expense, can survey and investigate the area as necessary to arrive at a bid price. Bidders may contact the Owner to schedule an agreeable time for access to the project site.

Questions and substitution requests must be submitted in writing and received by the Architect no later than Friday February 22, 2013. Items received after this date will not be considered.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the North Bend Central Public Schools shall receive sealed bids on a construction contract for the proposed track refurbishment at the existing North Bend Central Jr/Sr High School at 1320 Walnut Street in North Bend, Nebraska; That said bids shall be received by the Owner until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, February 28, 2013 in the North Bend Central Jr/Sr High School Office at 1320 Walnut Street, North Bend, Nebraska 68649. Immediately thereafter bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All interested parties are invited to attend.



Job Purchase Information:
Bidders may obtain Bidding Documents for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, or by order through their Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.

A Refundable Deposit of $25.00 will be required to obtain Bidding Documents.

Checks made payable to Carlson West Povondra Architects.

Documents must be returned complete and in "like new" condition with in 10 days after the bid date to obtain a refund.
If the documents are not returned within ten (10) days, the deposit check will be forfeited.



If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $15.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room).
