The Municipal Housing Agency (MHA) will receive bids for the Lump Sum Contract for the above referenced project, all in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by The Schemmer Associates, Inc.



Job Purchase Information:
Bidders may obtain the Bid Documents from the printing company, after February 7, 2013 at A&D Technical Supply, located at 4320 South 89th Street in Omaha, (402)592-4950 ex. 4, Fax (402) 592-9302, Attn: Laura or by order through their Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.

A Refundable Deposit of $50.00 per set is required, made payable to Municipal Housing Agency.
The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents to A&D Technical Supply Co., in good condition, within 10 days of the Bid Date.

If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $15.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room).

All checks are to be mailed to A&D Technical Supply Company, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127.
