Public Notes:
Bids will be received on one, single prime, fixed-priced contract to include civil sitework, general, mechanical and electrical work for the Project, all as described in the proposed Contract Documents prepared by Master Builder Associates of Doniphan, Nebraska.



Job Purchase Information:
Copies of Plans and specifications will be distributed through A&D Technical Supply, 4320 South 89 Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon payment of $75.00 or Builders Cards are accepted in lieu of the deposit for each set.

The deposit will be returned upon return of the plans and specifications in good condition within 15 days after the bid opening opening. Plans need to be returned to the Architect.


If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $15.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room at 4320 S. 89th St. Omaha, Ne. 68127).
