Sealed bids will be received by the Bayard Public School Conference Room, Bayard, Nebraska, until 2:00 P.M. Mountain Time, April 16, 2013, by the Bayard Board of Education, Bayard School District, Bayard, Nebraska.

FOR ALL CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS AND LABOR FOR THE BAYARD HIGH SCHOOL TRACK, BAYARD PUBLIC SCHOOLS, BAYARD, NEBRASKA. ALL BIDS, PROPERLY RECEIVED, WILL BE OPENED AT THAT TIME IN AN OPEN AND PUBLIC LETTING. THE
BOARD OF EDUCATION WILL REVIEW ALL BIDS WITH THE ARCHITECT WITH THE INTENT OF AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR ALL CONSTRUCTION TO THE LOWEST
RESPONSIBLE BIDDER.

Contractors may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, Phone (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, Fax (402) 592-9302 or by order through their Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.
A Refundable Deposit of $100.00 per set is required.
Checks should be made payable to Joseph Hewgley & Associates.
The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents the Architect, Joseph R. Hewgley., in good condition, within 10 days after the Bid Opening.
If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $15.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Plan Room).
