YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Beckenhauer Construction, Inc., as Construction Manager.
Bids will be received from qualified bidders for the construction of the Law Enforcement Center, McCook,
Nebraska in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by Prochaska & Associates, 11317
Chicago Circle, Omaha, Nebraska 68154-2633.
Sealed proposals shall be received by the Owner until 2:00 P.M. Local Time on the 21st day of February, 2013 at
the County Clerk’s office at the Red Willow County Courthouse. The Owner will publicly open the bids.
The Work includes site improvements, concrete block, brick veneer, structural steel, steel joists, metal deck,
plant-precast structural concrete, EPDM membrane roofing, cold-formed metal framing, insulation, hollow metal doors and frames, wood doors, aluminum-framed entrances and storefronts, skylights, metal studs, gyp. bd., interior finishes, casework, detention related items, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, lighting, electrical and security systems and fire sprinkler systems.

Bidders may obtain Bidding Documents at the office of the printer, A & D Technical Supply, 4320 South 89th Street, Omaha, Nebraska, 68127, (402) 592-4950 between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 12:00 noon and 1:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, upon the deposit of $100.00 per set (payable to Red Willow County) Deposits will be returned upon the return of plans, specifications and all addenda in good condition
within fourteen (14) days after the bid opening. All deposits will be cashed after this fourteen day period.
If requested, bidding documents will be packaged and shipped via UPS Ground upon receipt of $20.00 per set to cover shipping and handling.\, made payable to A&D Technical Supply.
