The Grundy County Nursing Home District of Trenton, Missouri, will accept bids for the Residential Care
Facility Addition, Sunnyview Nursing Home and Apartments, located in Trenton Missouri. The project consists
of additions to the existing building to include 16 Residential Care units of approximately 9,600 square feet,Kitchen/Dining Addition of approximately 1,050 s.f., plus limited renovation of the existing Dining Room. Sealed bids for the General Construction, which shall include mechanical and electrical construction and site work will be received by the Owner at the Sunnyview Nursing Home, 1311 East 28th Street, Trenton, Missouri, until 3:00 P.M., Thursday, February 28, 2013. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Contract Documents may be obtained directly from the Architect, PETERS AND ASSOCIATES, ARCHITECTS, P.C. 14217 Dayton Circle, Suite 1, Omaha, Nebraska 68137, (phone: 402-895-2292), upon payment of a One Hundred Dollar ($100.00) refundable deposit, plus a Fifteen Dollar ($15.00) non-refundable shipping and handling fee for each set of Documents.
“Separate checks for deposit and shipping & handling on all hard copy sets of plans shall be Payable to Peters & Associates, Architects, P.C. “
The refundable deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Contract Documents within fifteen (15) days of the bid date, provided they are in good and usable condition.
CD's of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $25.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.
Downloads of Complete Sets - $25.00 PURCHASE ONLY
All checks for purchases & shipping are made payable to A&D Technical Supply Company.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat rate of $9.00 per CD.
