The Project consists of an interior remodel of approx. 9,500 sq ft, of the corridor in the 200, 300, and 400 wings in the Grand Island Campus Main Building. The remodel consists of demolition of mechanical ductwork, ceilings, ceiling fixtures, carpet, and aluminum storefront doors and windows. New construction includes aluminum storefront doors and windows, interior face brick, metal panel, custom steel fabrications and glulams, and finishes including carpet and paint. The project also includes new piping for future geothermal and fire protection expansion, heat pumps, ductwork, minor electrical, and A/V equipment.

Contractors may obtain full sets of Drawings and Project Manual from the following location:

Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.
A deposit in the amount of $150.00 (made payable to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects) will be required for each set of bidding documents.
If shipping is required there is a non refundable flat rate of $20.00 per set made payable to A&D Technical Supply.
CD's of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $ 20.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.
Shipping costs on all CD's will be $9.00, payable to A&D Technical Supply.
The deposit will be returned in full only if a qualified bid is submitted and the Drawings and Specifications are returned with fifteen(15) days of the bid determination, or if the Contractor decides not to submit a Proposal and the Drawings and Specifications are returned with seven (7) days prior to the bid opening.
All other contractors will return all Bid Documents to: Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects, L.L.C., 2908 W. 39th Street, Suite A, Kearney, Nebraska 68845.
