Sealed bids will be received at the Oxford Platte Housing Authority, 103 W North Railway
Street, Oxford, Nebraska until 2:00 pm, CDT, on Thursday, February 21, 2013 for the Alterations to Oxford Public Housing, Oxford, Nebraska. All bids, properly received will be opened at that time in an open and public letting. The Housing Authority will review all bids with the intent of awarding a contract for all construction to the lowest
responsible bidder.
One complete proposal for all general, mechanical, electrical, and any associated other miscellaneous work will be accepted. Scope of work includes (Base Bid) new power
requirements to site, new transformer, new conduits etc. with Alternate A1: New PTAC units at Buildings B2, B4, B5 and units A1, A3; Alternate A2; Building B4 new handicap unite; Alternate A3: Modifications to Community Building .

Contractors may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, Phone (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, Fax (402) 592-9302 or by order through their Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.
A Refundable Deposit of $50.00 per set is required.
Checks should be made payable to Joseph Hewgley & Associates.
The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents the Architect, Joseph R. Hewgley., in good condition, within 10 days after the Bid Opening.
If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $ 20.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Plan Room).

CD's in PDF format are available for purchase ONLY (you must have a Hard Copy set of the plans in order to purchase the CD)in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply.
