YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the City of Bellevue shall receive sealed bids on a Combined Construction contract including General, Mechanical and Electrical work for the proposed Public Safety Facility Renovation and Additions at 1510 Wall Street in Bellevue, Nebraska; That said bids shall be received by the Owner until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 19, 2013 by Dan Berlowitz, Bellevue City Administrator, Bellevue City Hall, 210 West Mission Street, Bellevue, NE 68005. Immediately thereafter
bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in Bellevue City Council Chambers, Bellevue City Hall, 210
West Mission Street, Bellevue, Nebraska. All interested parties are invited to attend.

Bidders may obtain Bidding Documents at the office of the printer, A & D Technical Supply, 4320 South 89th Street, Omaha, Nebraska, 68127, (402) 592-4950 between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 12:00 noon and 1:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, upon the deposit of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00), payable to Carlson West Povondra Architects, per set of Documents and in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
The entire deposit will be refunded to bona fide Bidders upon return of the Documents, in good condition, within ten (10) days after the Bid opening.
After 10 days, the deposit will be forfeited. If requested, bidding documents will be packaged and shipped via UPS Ground upon receipt of $25.00 per set to cover shipping and handling.
