PreBid Info:   A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held for potential Prime Bidders on Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. at Omaha Public Schools Service Center, located at 4041 N 72nd Street, Omaha, NE to review front end specifications.
Tours of the schools, also mandatory for potential Prime Bidders, will be held on January 17, 2013 beginning at 7:00 A.M. at Catlin Elementary School.

Public Notes:
Omaha Public Schools will be upgrading the electrical and wireless system services throughout Catlin Elementary School, increasing the number of electrical circuits serving each classroom and providing wireless access points throughout the building and at a portable classroom unit. Work will also include the removal and replacement of the existing suspended ceiling in the corridors and lobby, as well as the replacement of existing ceiling tiles in each classroom. Omaha Public Schools will also be upgrading electrical system services at Pawnee Elementary School, increasing the number of electrical circuits serving each classroom. Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 P.M., Thursday, February 14, 2013, at the Business Services Office of Omaha Public Schools, 3215 Cuming Street, Omaha, NE , at which hour, or as soon as possible thereafter, the received bids will be publicly opened and considered for the furnishing of labor, materials and equipment necessary for the proper construction of said project.

Bidders may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, Phone (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, Fax (402) 592-9302.

A Refundable Deposit of $100.00 per set is required.
Checks should be made payable to Farris Engineering, Inc.

The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents to A&D Technical Supply Co., in good condition, within 15 days of the Bid Date.

If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $15.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room at 4320 S. 89th St. Omaha, Ne. 68127).
