Your firm is invited to submit an offer under seal to Owner for construction of a New Store, including a retail/warehouse building, lumber storage building,roofing storage building, site fencing and gates and parking and paving, located at 1440 West 56th Street, (corner of 15th Avenue and 56th Street) Kearney, Nebraska, before 2:00 P.M. local standard time on the 29th day of January, 2013.

Invited Bidders and sub-bidders can obtain Bid Documents from A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, or by order through their Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.
A Refundable Deposit of $100.00 (check only) will be required to obtain Bidding Documents.
Checks made payable to RVW, Inc.
If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $25.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room).
The $100.00 deposit will be returned in full only if a qualified bid is submitted and the Drawings and Specifications are returned, in good condition, within fifteen (15) calendar days of the bid determination, or if the Contractor decides not to submit a Proposal and the Drawings and Specifications are returned within seven (7) days prior to the bid opening.
Bid documents shall be returned to the office of RVW, Inc. 4118 Howard Blvd. P.O. Box 495, Columbus, NE 68602-0495.
CD's of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $25.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.
