SCOPE OF THE PROJECT
The Elevator Modernization project includes the following major elements:
• Removal of existing elevator controllers and associated equipment.
• Installation of new elevator controllers and associated equipment.
• Modification of electrical power distribution as required for a complete system.
• Modification of mechanical systems as required for a complete system.
• Refurbishment of elevator cab interiors
• Owner training and record documents.
• Participation in commissioning activities. Mutual of Omaha reserves the right to reduce the scope of the project at any time.

A Non-Refundable (Purchase Only) check in the amount of $21.81 per set is required for this project.
Checks made payable to A&D Technical Supply Company.

If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $15.00 per set.
