A refundable deposit check in the amount of $100.00 for each set of documents, in the form of a check made payable to A & D Technical is required.

If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $20.00 per set of documents, made payable to A & D Technical.

Builders Bureau cards will NOT be accepted.
