Life Safety Upgrades at Omaha State Office Building 2012 will be received at the State of Nebraska,Executive Building, located in Lincoln, Nebraska until 2:00 P.M. on November 13, 2012, and will then be publicly opened and read aloud.

Plans and specifications may be examined at the office of the Engineer, Alvine Engineering in Omaha or Lincoln, 1102 Douglas on the Mall, Omaha, Nebraska 68102 or 1800 O Street, Suite 104, Lincoln, Nebraska; Lincoln Builder’s Bureau, Lincoln, Nebraska; Omaha Builders Exchange, Omaha, NE.
The said Documents have been prepared by Alvine Engineering, and may be obtained from A&D Technical Supply, at 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68127 with a deposit in the amount of $50.00 made payable to Alvine Engineering and left with A&D Technical Supply - Omaha at the time of document pick-up.
The deposit will be returned to the contractor / subcontractor upon return of the plans, specification and addenda in good condition within thirty (30) days after the bid opening date. Plans are to be returned to A&D Technical Supply, Omaha, Nebraska.
If shipping is required there is a non refundable flat rate of $20.00 per set made payable to A&D Technical Supply.
There will be a $8.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (UPS).
