Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Immediately thereafter bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All pre-qualified General Contractors submitting bids are invited to attend.

Keeler Properties, LLC shall receive sealed bids from a previously prequalified group of General Contractors on a Combined Construction Contract including General, Mechanical and Electrical work for the proposed renovation of its existing building into Townhomes and the construction of a Clubhouse and two new Apartment Buildings at 2209 1st Avenue, Plattsmouth, Nebraska.

Bidders may obtain Bidding Documents at the office of the printer, A & D Technical Supply, 4320 South 89th Street, Omaha, Nebraska, 68127, (402) 592-4950 between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 12:00 noon and 1:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, upon the deposit of one hundred dollars ($100.00) or a Current Builders Card (payable to Carlson West Povondra Architects) per set of Documents and in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
The entire deposit will be refunded to bona fide Bidders upon return of the Documents, in good condition, within ten (10) days after the Bid opening.
After 10 days, the deposit will be forfeited. If requested, bidding documents will be packaged and shipped via UPS Ground upon receipt of $25.00 per set to cover shipping and handling.

All checks for purchases are made payable to A&D Technical Supply Company.
