The Project consists of remodeling two separate buildings. At DAWSON BUILDING, the work includes replacing aluminum storefront doors and windows, new sound system and acoustic finishes in gymnasium, new finishes in lobbies and public corridor including replacing damaged GWB, paint, carpet, and ceilings, minor electrical and mechanical fixture upgrades, minor tuckpointing at existing brick, and major site work including demolition of existing pavement, and new grading, landscaping, sidewalks, and irrigation. At HAMILTON BUILDING, the work includes renovating approximately 1,650 sq. ft. including two restrooms. Demolition includes existing restrooms, interior walls, doors, casework, tile flooring, ceiling fixtures, ceilings, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing fixtures. New construction includes hollow metal doors, aluminum windows, metal stud framing, and custom casework. Finishes include carpet, wall tile, floor tile, ceilings, and paint. Mechanical work includes new ERV, associated ductwork, diffusers and controls. Plumbing includes new piping and fixtures associated with new restrooms. Electrical includes new lighting, fiber, data, reworking circuits and receptacles, and coordinating A/V equipment for new classroom.

Contractors may obtain full sets of Drawings and Project Manual from the following location: A&D Technical Supply Co., 4320 So. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402) 592-4950 ext. 4, or by the
Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.
A deposit in the amount of $100.00 (made payable to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects) will be required for each set of bidding documents.
If shipping is required there is a non refundable flat rate of $25.00 per set made payable to A&D Technical Supply.
CD's of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $ 20.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY. Shipping costs on all CD's will be $9.00, payable to A&D Technical Supply.
The deposit will be returned in full only if a qualified bid is submitted and the Drawings and Specifications are returned with fifteen(15) days of the bid determination, or if the Contractor decides not to submit a Proposal and the Drawings and Specifications are returned with seven (7) days prior to the bid opening.
All other contractors will return all Bid Documents to: Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects, L.L.C., 2908 W. 39th Street, Suite A, Kearney, Nebraska 68845.
