YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Beckenhauer Construction, Inc., as Construction Manager, shall receive
subcontract and supplier bids on behalf of the the Owner for the proposed Scribner-Snyder Community Schools
Classroom Building project at the existing Scribner-Snyder School, Scribner, Nebraska; That said bids shall be
received by Beckenhauer Construction until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, October 18, 2012. Bids will be opened
privately.
Bids must be on a Lump Sum basis and shall be in accord with the Instructions to Bidders and on the Bid Form

Bidders may obtain Bidding Documents at the office of the printer, A & D Technical Supply, 4320 South 89th Street, Omaha, Nebraska, 68127, (402) 592-4950 between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 12:00 noon and 1:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, upon the deposit of seventy five dollars ($75.00) or a Current Builders Card (payable to Carlson West Povondra Architects) per set of Documents and in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
The entire deposit will be refunded to bona fide Bidders upon return of the Documents, in good condition, within ten (10) days after the Bid opening.
After 10 days, the deposit will be forfeited. If requested, bidding documents will be packaged and shipped via UPS Ground upon receipt of $20.00 per set to cover shipping and handling.
