Seward Public Schools will receive Bids for General Construction of a new Maintenance Building to be
located near Waverly Road and Karol Kay Blvd, Seward, Nebraska. The Project is being rebid in
accordance with newly revised construction documents.
The building will be one (1) story in height and have a total area of approximately four thousand sixhundred
(4,600) square feet.

A deposit is not required to obtain Bidding Documents.
If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $15.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room at 4320 S. 89th St. Omaha, Ne. 68127).
