Project Description: Partial new roofing system for the Star Building located at 850 "S" Street in Lincoln, NE, including partial tear-off and installation of additional polyiso insulation, a cover board, and a fully-adhered 60 mil reinforced EPDM roofing system, and related sheet metal work. Approximate area to be reroofed is 55,000 S.F. Existing polyisocyanurate roof insulation will be left in place.
