The Project consists of 62,121 square feet of new construction, which consists of cold-formed metal framing at exterior walls, metal stud framing at interior walls, aluminum storefront windows/doors and curtain walls, skylights, E.I.F.S. and natural stone cladding, adhered membrane roofing, tile carpet, resilient and porcelain tile floor coverings, terrazzo floors, steel/aluminum/wood doors and frames, finish carpentry including casework and wood handrails and other custom woodworking, complete mechanical (including geothermal wellfield), electrical, low-voltage technology, security, audio/video and fire sprinkler systems. Also included in the scope of Bid Package Two work is a 100 Square Foot building consisting of construction materials similar to the main building, and a full mechanical/electrical system to house two (2) automated teller machines (ATM’s). Other Bid Package Two work consists of a trash and smoking enclosure, at-grade patio with improvements and other site improvements including, grading, storm sewer, utilities, and concrete paving.

Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.
A deposit in the amount of $175.00 (made payable to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects) will be required for each set of bidding documents.
If shipping is required there is a non refundable flat rate of $20.00 per set made payable to A&D Technical Supply.
CD's of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $ 25.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.
The deposit will be returned in full only if a qualified bid is submitted and the Bid Documents are returned within fifteen (15) days of the bid determination, or if the Contractor decides not to submit a Proposal and the Bid Documents are returned with seven (7) days prior to the bid opening.
All other contractors (WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE LOW BIDDERS)will return all Bid Documents to: Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects, L.L.C., 2908 W. 39th Street, Suite A, Kearney, Nebraska 68845.
