Sealed BIDS from Sub-contractors for the Phases 4 thru 7 Alterations to Buffalo County
Courthouse will be received at the Buffalo County Clerk's Office, Attn: Janice Giffin,
Buffalo County Courthouse, 1512 Central Avenue, P.O. Box 1270, Kearney, NE
68848.
All sealed bids must be received in the Buffalo County Clerk's Office; no later than 2:00 p.m. local time, Monday,
September 24, 2012.
All bids must be in a sealed envelope marked "Phases 4 thru 7 Alterations to Buffalo County
Courthouse”. Facsimiles will not be accepted. Bids
received after 2:00 p.m. will be rejected.
Bids will be publicly opened and read on the following day, September 25, 2012 at 9:00 A.M., aloud in the County Supervisors Meeting Room. All interested parties are invited to attend.

A deposit in the amount of $100.00 / CHECK ONLY made payable to Buffalo County Clerk, will be requested on each set of the Bidding Documents.
The deposit will be returned ONLY if the contract documents are returned complete and in good condition to the Beckenhauer Construction , within TEN (10) days after the opening of proposals.
If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $ 20.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room at 4320 S. 89th St. Omaha, Ne. 68127).

CD's of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $ $20.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.
Downloads of Complete Sets - $20.00 PURCHASE ONLY
All checks for purchases & shipping are made payable to A&D Technical Supply Company.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat rate of $9.00 per CD.
You may use a credit card for purchases of CD's & Downloads on this project.
